This plan year's Open Enrollment is an ACTIVE enrollment. This means that all employees must actively review all benefit elections and re-enroll in all benefits you want to keep.
Benefit elections from the previous plan year will NOT roll over to the 2025 plan year. Those employees who fail to re-enroll in benefit elections by the deadline of 3/21/25, will not have coverage as of 4/1/25.
