Benefits are available to all employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week. Newly hired, full-time employees will be eligible for benefits after they have satisfied the new hire waiting period. The waiting period is 1st of the month following 60 days.
Any elections made are considered final and cannot be changed until the next Open Enrollment period, unless a qualifying life event occurs.
